Personal comments:

• Great representation and generation of project
• Needs to continue in the furniture, find a strategy for the furniture (like you did for the building)
• Stair and windows are nice
• Like white but…
• Maybe a moment of color? eg wayfinding information. Subtle?

Becoming more modern and clean.

The window proportions are a result of framing and pane sizes fitting into the volume. This lets the wall parts breath more, forming an easier proportional relationship as a whole composition.

Now for the interior programming…
